I graduated in 1980 with a political science degree, and was a Rhodes Scholar that year.

WVU gave me a phenomenal opportunity as an undergraduate. I would never have been a Rhodes Scholar if I didn’t go to WVU. It is a special place—it’s the smallest big school you’ll ever find.

As student body president at WVU, I started bringing people together to turn ideas into action, and I haven’t stopped since.
