I would like to start a place that people can gather to learn, change and transform, share healthy and evolving ideas that help individuals and communities live healthier and more joyful. It would have to have a juice bar that grows its own wheatgrass and tons of lovely sprouts, buys local farmers produce for other concoctions and delicious and healthy food as well. There would be a place for people to read and have some fresh juice, coffee or tea during the day and a stage for poetry readings, music, plays, fun and expression! There would be a few bicycles that have blenders attached to them so that they can make a smoothie using your own pedal power or also hook that some bike up to make power for the building or to charge their own computer. Get your work out, your food and drink, your conversation and your entertainment under one roof.
