Haiti is the poorest nation in our hemisphere. This summer, I completed my soc/anthropology capstone-internship with a non-profit organization which betters the lives of orphans and street children by providing them with a safe place to live, education and a family environment. I plan to implement project coordinators and trades professionals to hold clinics and workshops in Haiti to teach children skills for life.
