I want to make a petition to clean up and start residential recycling services for Morgantown, WV. Some neighborhoods have recycling bins that are picked up weekly, but many do not. This would help conserve materials, our environment, and the reputation of our campus. If this is not feasible then maybe a local recycling center could be installed where people could deposit recyclable items.
